No wonder it is YOU…perfect.Thank you for sharing such a personal time in your life that is so important in sharing so others will take every moment of God's goodness in their lives…and make life worth living…for others! You've made a difference in my life and have helped me so much in my journey of Cancer. I had to cry with you! My mother passed away almost 29 years ago, after a lifetime of diabetes and six years of kidney failure. You are so right that there's a place in your heart that only your own mother can fill. I have a stepmom who is a lovely lady, but she has her own place in my heart, separate from my mother. The Lord does make it easier over the years, but you never forget your mom.Praying for you in your own battle!

You brought tears to my eyes, talking about your mom in this post. Moms are special and I'm glad you had such a good relationship with your mom. No regrets. That's what I want to have in my relationships.I also admire the things you had to say about your marriage and your hubby. God knows just what we need!

Loved the post about your mom, she was a great lady! That picture is just how I remember her. I'm preparing now for a trip to Texas to take care of my mom, she will be going through chemo and radiation (then surgery) for asphogus cancer.
